Krill oil and heart diesease

Krill oil has tremendously advantageous upshots on the cardiovascular system, that is, the heart and the whole circulatory system. Millions of people expire from cardiovascular diseases every year, but a frequent consumption of krill oil may help us ward off that fortune. Around 70 million Americans suffer from some form of cardiovascular disease.

Krill oil carries fatty acids of the omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 sorts, and these fatty acids are in a special kind in krill oil. Specifically, the fatty acids EPA and DHA have a different structure in krill oil than in fish oil, for example. This unequaled phospholipid structure implies that these fatty acids are much more easily taken in by the body and the cells, so that they can have an effect in a stronger denseness than they otherwise would.

Higher levels of LDL and low levels of HDL are proved to be linked with untimely coronary .
These fatty acids are effective in repressing the detrimental LDL cholesterol, while at the same time maximising the level of the advantageous HDL cholesterol. No artificial compound is known to be able to do that, making the outcomes of krill oil genuinely outstanding.

But there's more. Krill oil has also been proved to lower blood sugar and lipoprotein, also known as blood fat. In addition, krill oil holds a unequaled antioxidant named astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is the most potent antioxidant that exists in nature, and facilitates the cells protect themselves against harmful chemicals called free radicals.

Krill oil also holds other antioxidants and vitamins, making it a truly wonderful natural substance.
